How to book

Our prices vary by season and the length of time you hire the motorhome. Here are our motorhome hire season dates for 2026.
What’s included
Comprehensive UK insurance (for 1 driver) and breakdown cover is included as standard, you can add more drivers or European cover as extras when you book. Our motorhomes are well stocked, we’ve tried to think of everything you need, but we’re not currently including bedding or towels, so please bring your own. Collecting your motorhome
Collection is from Beckingham, DN10 4QA, this is south of Doncaster between Bawtry and Gainsborough.
You are welcome to leave your car with us while you’re away in our secure parking area.
Standard collection time is 12.00 – 13.00
Standard return time is 9.30 – 10.30
You can extend these times by adding early collection or late return when you book. There’s more flexibility on collection and return times in Low and Mid season, so please contact us if you would like to collect or return outside our standard times.
Collection days are Monday – Friday. If you need a weekend collection, please contact us before booking and we will accommodate this if we can.
Discounts at Campsites
You can get discounts at Camping and Caravanning Club campsites when you hire one of our motorhomes, more information
Festivals and events
Our motorhomes cannot be taken to festival sites or festival campsites without prior approval. Please contact us before booking.
Important booking information
A 20% deposit is required to reserve a motorhome, the motorhome will not be reserved until the deposit is paid (the balance is payable 30 days before the start of your hire).
Once you have completed your reservation, we will ask you for driver information, this is required to confirm that we can provide insurance cover. Without this information, we will be unable to confirm your booking.
Drivers: The conditions of our insurance are as follows:
– Driver(s) must be between 25 and 70 years of age, have held a full UK or EU licence for at least two years and have no endorsements except for speeding offences.
– Driver(s) must not have more than 3 penalty points.
– Driver(s) must not have been involved in more than one at-fault incident in the last 3 years
– Driver(s) must not have had their licence suspended for any period within the last 3 years.
– Driver(s) must not have obtained a BA(banned) DD(dangerous driving) or UT(theft) conviction.
Any motoring claims, accidents, convictions or penalty points must be declared and may affect insurance cover
Our standard damage deposit is £950, this can be pre-authorised on a credit or debit card and must be authorised before the motorhome is collected. If there are no issues, the authorisation is released within 7 days of your return. Depending on driving history, our insurers may insist on a higher excess which would increase the damage deposit required.
UK insurance cover for 1 named driver is included in your hire cost, we can arrange insurance for an additional driver at £10/day.
Sorry, we don’t allow pets in our motorhomes.
