What’s included

Comprehensive UK insurance and breakdown cover

Insurance for 1 named driver aged 25-70 is included in our standard hire cost, we can arrange insurance for additional drivers. EU insurance and breakdown cover can also be included at additional cost.

Mileage of up to 200 miles per day

This is averaged over your whole trip, for example 1400 miles over 7 days. This has proved enough for most UK trips, but please contact us if you think you’ll need more.

Bathrooms

All our motorhomes have bathrooms with toilet, shower, sink and bathroom cabinets.

Cooking and Dining

All our motorhomes have kitchens with hob, oven or grill, sink and fridge. All your basic kitchen essentials such as; a whistling kettle, mugs, glasses, plates and bowls, knives and forks, pans and cooking utensils, are included.

Storage

All our motorhomes have wardrobes and cupboard space. Most of our motorhomes have a full width garage so you even can bring sports equipment. Our Auto Trail Tracker RS has less garage space but makes up for this with lots of internal storage.

Motorhome essentials

We include a hook-up cable for power, a hose for filling your tanks with water and ‘toilet blue’ which you will need for the cassette toilet. We also include Calor gas to operate gas appliances and levelling blocks; you will need these if you park on a sloping pitch.

Other facilities

All our motorhomes have hot and cold water in the kitchen and bathroom, plus heating throughout and also include a TV with DVD player. We are not currently offering towels or bedding.

Al Fresco

We include outside tables and chairs and also a barbeque.

Car Parking

You are welcome to leave your car with us, free of charge, in our gated parking area.

Getting to know your motorhome

Our virtual handover videos show you how everything works in your motorhome. We’re still happy to answer any questions and run through specifics when you collect. The video is great to refer back to if you forget anything. There is also a motorhome information pack in the vehicle for you to refer to.

PLEASE NOTE
Cleaning is not included in your hire cost. Please return our motorhome in the same clean condition you received it, to avoid inconvenience to the next hirer and potential deductions from your deposit.
We are not currently offering towels or bedding, so please bring your own.

We were fortunate enough to hire a 6 berth motorhome for the weekend (15th March 2024) to get a feel of camping life!
From booking through to returning the vehicle, the process was fast and very thorough. Kathye was very flexible on collection and return times as we were having it for such a short period. We left our car there in a very safe, secure parking space.
The motor home was immaculate and kitted out perfectly. There was a washing up bowl which include dish washing liquid, handwash and kitchen towel. Plus pegs and a line for drying things.
The fridge/freezer was huge and plenty of storage space.

We hired a compact motorhome from Vista, for 2 weeks.
Kathye made the process very easy.
We had regular emails re:fees/insurance etc. from her.
The vehicle we had was just over 7 years old and was in fab condition inside and out. It had everything we needed for a comfortable break away.

We absolutely loved our first time in a motorhome and could not fault our experience with Kathye's brilliant service. We took the three-berth pet-friendly motorhome even though we didn't have a pet and it was immaculate and a perfect size for two. The kitchen was good enough to cook full fresh meals from scratch every day, the fixed double bed was surprisingly spacious and comfy and the bathroom/shower was roomy.

We recently hired one of Vista Motorhomes vehicles to complete the NC500. Throughout the planning stage, the support and advice provided by Kathye was outstanding. We were impressed from the outset by the choice, standard and condition of the different units available all of which are fully kitted out, except for personal bed linen, for adventuring. We hired the motorhome for one week to attend a 40/50s music festival. The owners where lovely to work with and had several options of motor home dependent on the number of births required. All the motorhomes were in immaculate condition. The one we chose came with everything you would require for a holiday other than bedding and linen which is understandable. Full instructions were given by a link to a you tube video, recommended, and paper copies of instructions were supplied with the motorhome. The extra deposit to cover breakages was returned to my account as promised. The property is completely secured so I had no worries leaving my vehicle when I picked up the motorhome. There are probably cheaper companies to work with on the Webb, but with Vista you are ensured of excellent service, a lovely clean and reliable motorhome and personnel contact right up to the day of departure, if required.
