Space for sleeping
Our modern self-contained hire motorhomes range from compact motorhomes sleeping 3, to large family motorhomes sleeping up to 6.
The number of ‘berths’ is how many people the motorhome sleeps. Fixed beds + extra beds made up from dinettes. For a comfortable trip, consider a motorhome that sleeps more than the number of people going.

For longer trips it’s worth considering a hire motorhome with more berths than the number of people travelling. This means you don’t have to make up beds each night (fun for a few nights but you might have had enough of it after a few weeks) and have a bit more space for storage.
